    Returns  

    We hope that you will love your order! However, we strive to minimize our impact on the planet, so please check the size chart in the product description carefully before purchasing. We accept returns within the EU for 14 days after delivery. Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the item is damaged or faulty. Returns are only possible if the item is in its original condition – unwashed, clean, unused and with tags attached. Please contact us first before returning the item on emial – info@zeyalinen.com

    We need 14 days to take care of it and issue a refund. The money is sent to the account that was used to pay for the order.
