Zeya Linen is committed to providing high quality products. Upon receipt of your order, the risk of damage or loss passes to you. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product has been shipped and is the property of the carrier.
In the event of a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order for further instructions on returning or exchanging. If the product is found to be defective, a return label will be provided to you. Any product that is not in its original condition or has been used or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
